OVER 135 YEARS OF FAMILY TRADITION
Long before Sever’s became a fall tradition, it was a family farm. Peterson Farms was first settled by Sever Peterson I in 1890, beginning a legacy that continues on the very same land today.
More than a century later, Sever and Sharon Peterson created one of Minnesota’s first corn mazes in 1997, inspired by the hedge mazes of Europe. What began as a new way to welcome people to the farm has grown into the Fall Festival families return to year after year.

A DAY AT SEVER'S AT A GLANCE
Most guests spend about 3–4 hours exploring Sever's, though it's easy to make a full day of it. With 30+ attractions, live entertainment, food, and additional experiences to explore, you can set your own pace and stay as long as you'd like.
TICKETS & ADMISSION
Your admission ticket gives you access to 30+ attractions and activities throughout the festival grounds, with no hidden fees at checkout. A handful of additional excursions and premium experiences are available for purchase on-site, and you'll always know what costs extra before you arrive. For the best value, you can also purchase a Sever's Saver Pass online in addition to your admission ticket for discounted access to select premium experiences.
SEASON PASSES & RE-ENTRY
Want to come back again and again? Our season passes are designed for exactly that. Your pass gives you unlimited admission and re-entry throughout the entire Fall Festival season, so you can visit as often as you'd like and make Sever's part of your fall tradition.
FOOD & BEVERAGES
Come hungry! Sever's offers a wide variety of food and beverage options throughout the festival, from classic fall favorites to hearty meals and sweet treats. We also offer beer and wine on-site. Outside food, beverages, and coolers are not permitted, but you're welcome to bring your own water bottle or reusable container to stay hydrated throughout the day.
ON-SITE PAYMENT
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover throughout the festival, and most food vendors accept credit cards as well. A few select attractions and experiences—including the giant slide, pony and camel rides, petting zoo feed, hay rides, and pumpkin blasters—are cash-only. An ATM is available on-site for your convenience.
ACCESSIBILITY
Sever's is designed for families of all ages and abilities. Our grounds are primarily grassy and flat, with 6–8-foot-wide maze paths, an ADA-accessible restroom, and a baby changing station. Strollers are welcome, and service animals are permitted on-site. For the safety and comfort of our guests and animals, pets and emotional support animals are not permitted.
A SMOKE-FREE FESTIVAL
Our festival grounds are smoke-free, creating a cleaner, more comfortable environment for families and guests of all ages. Smoking is permitted in the parking lot, and guests are welcome to re-enter the festival using their admission wristband. E-cigarettes and vapes may be used respectfully within the festival grounds.
